We at EverydayGlamour pride ourselves on excellence. Our customers are very important to us.

All items are mailed brand new, factory fresh. Every attempt is made to describe each item as accurately as possible, however we realize that some items may not be quite as you expected.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, it may be returned within 7 business days for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping not included).
To receive a refund, email within 24 hours of receipt for a Return Authorization Code (RMA). All items must be returned along with the RMA, the invoice and original packaging, in original condition -- unused, unworn.
Defective items (if any) may be returned for replacement within 7 business days of receipt.

Return Instructions
- Step 1: Request a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Please send an email requesting a Return Authorization Code within 24 hours. Your request should include:
- Auction Item Number
- Date of auction
- The reason you wish to return your purchase. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you avoid the need the need to return your merchandise.
- Step 2: Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Once you send an email, you will receive "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) email. Please include a printed copy of the RMA email with your repackaged item. If you are unable to include a copy, please clearly print you name, email address, mailing address, Return Merchandise Authorization Code and eBay item number so your return can be processed.
- Step 3: Pack the merchandise for shipping.*
Please be sure to pack things as carefully as they were originally packaged. All items are subject to inspection before a refund will be issued. Returned items should not show signs of wear and should include all tags, boxes and packaging.
- Step 4. Ship it to us.
Please be advised that return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer. We suggest that you track and insure all returns to prevent lost packages. is not responsible for lost returned packages.
- Step 5. We send you a refund.
Once we receive your return, it must pass an inspection before any credits can be issued. Once approved, a cash refund will be issued and an email notification will be sent to you. Returns are usually processed within 10 business days.
* We kindly request that when you return your item, you use an appropriate Shipping Box. (When possible, please use the original packing material.) The Merchandise Box must be returned in its original condition and is not a suitable shipping box. |

Return of all UNWORN merchandise must be received by Everyday Glamour within 7 days from receipt of merchandise along with Return Authorization Code - excluding any final sale items or wholesale purchases. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wearing.

Everyday Glamour warranties against manufacturers defects on all unworn items. Please try your shoes on a carpeted surface before wearing them in the event you wish to return them. We only sell new merchandise and items that show signs of wear may not be returned for any reason.

Customers may choose a cash refund or merchandise credit for all valid returns.

The partial return of an order in which a coupon was used may invalidate the coupon in which case additional monies will be due and/or deducted from the refund.

All returned items should be carefully packed in suitable shipping boxes. Note that a $5 fee will be charged for shoes where the original shoe box is damaged or defaced.

Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If your return is the result of an error by Everyday Glamour or manufacturer defect, your refund may include a shipping refund - up to original item shipping amount.

The return authorization request email must include ALL items you wish to return.

Please track and insure all returned packages. Everyday Glamour is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Most returns are refunded in the form of the original payment. Refunds and shipping reimbursements will not be issued for returns received after 7 business days or Returns without a valid RMA code.

If you leave us negative feedback on a chat board or third party site before attempting to resolve a problem, we reserve the right to accept that as final resolution to the matter.
